Payment
Payment can be made with cash or card and our delivery drivers only carry up to £10 in change, payment must be in pounds sterling.
Ordering & Cancellation of orders
Your Order Confirmation is a record of our agreement to deliver the products ordered and paid for in full. If someone else made the Booking on your behalf, you agree that such person acted as your agent. 30% off applies to orders over £10 and excludes meal deals and delivery charges. Once your order has been confirmed it can not be amended or cancelled.
Upon submitting your order details, you are making an offer to us to purchase the item(s) you have specified in your order form. We reserve the right to refuse your offer should it be necessary.
Shop Offer and Online offers may differ, please note some offers are available online only.

Products
Side orders are subject to availability. In most cases, your local Bertos Pizza store manager will offer an alternative for any out-of-stock item. Although every care is taken, some products may contain nuts or bones. The Desserts, Ice Cream and Ham sold by Bertos Pizza may contain nut derivatives. Although great care has been taken to remove all bones from chicken and ham, some may remain. The minimum order value may vary and you will be notified when you reach the checkout if your order is below the minimum value. Starters, drinks and desserts are only delivered with a pizza or meal deal.
Delivery times
Our goal is to provide the best pizza delivery service in the market which includes an excellent reputation for on-time delivery. Unfortunately things don’t always go to plan and factors, such as, weather, staff illness and traffic occasionally prevents us from achieving this.
Feedback
Any feedback you leave will be visible to others. You agree that the name you have used when registering will be used when leaving feedback. If you would live to leave feedback but would like your surname removed from the feedback screen please email webmaster@bertospizza.co.uk and request this. Please include your email address you have used to register on our system. Please be aware the management reserves the right to remove any offensive feedback or inappropriate feedback.
Latest Order Time
Please be aware we are unable to accept orders for either delivery or collection less than 15 minutes before the stated closing time. We would also respectfully advise customers who are collecting their orders that we will be unable to serve them should you not arrive at the store prior to closing time. Should you have any questions, please call the store and speak to the duty manager.
